Ottobock.care Launches In-Clinic Gym for High-Performing Adaptive Athletes

AUSTIN, TX – May 15, 2025 – Ottobock.care is proud to announce the grand opening of a new, state-of-the-art gym space designed specifically for high-performing adaptive athletes at its renowned Scott Sabolich Ottobock.care clinic in Texas. Opening on May 15, this dedicated training space is the first of its kind in an Ottobock.care facility in Texas, purpose-built to support athletes who use prosthetic technology in pursuit of elite performance.

Unlike traditional physical therapy gyms, this high-activity facility features specialized equipment—including treadmills, stationary bikes, and rowing machines—chosen for its safety and suitability for advanced prosthetic users. The gym was built into the existing clinic through a full-scale remodel and is available to all prosthetic patients.
